Are you feeling stuck? Is it starting to impact the relationship with yourself or others? My clients are caring, well intentioned, and often overextended individuals dealing with a wide variety of responsibilities (career, education, relationships, health, friendship, family, financial stress, etc.) I help my clients establish healthy coping strategies for their stress and anxieties to restore their physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual wellbeing. My office is a safe space to be human. It's truly an honor to walk alongside my clients as they work through their challenges and embrace the aspects of life that are most important to them.

I started the Psychological Education Center of New Jersey as a safe space to honor the “human” in all of us. I believe that challenges are a universal experience and that everyone has the internal capacity to transcend their struggles. Our problems don't define us and everyone is worthy of healing and peace. At times, we all need support getting there.

“Owning our story and loving ourselves through the process is the bravest thing that we will ever do.”- Brene Brown. Therapy is a personalized experience, & it’s our job to meet you where you are. The 1st priority of therapy is to provide you with a supportive place to talk about what’s going on. If you're curious about the process, feel free to reach out! :)
